Girl! I am so glad I found you. I am 54. I am in menopaus and I have gained 50 lbs! Inflammation is ruining my life. I don't even recognize myself anymore. Everything I did before was not helping me lose any wt. I was starving. Over the past week, I have followed your advice eating whole foods. I got on the scales this morning and I swear I am down 12 lbs in less than a week. WTH!!!! I am staying full and not constantly thinking about food. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
