This has taught me that I really don't need to be flogging myself with workouts and how incredible a booty band can be!! (Even though it's actually the devil hahah!)

  • You can start immediately or whenever you're ready.

  • Nope. You can do this at any experience level. All exercises can be modified to suit the most beginner levels.

    However for best results it's advised to have at least 3 months of training under your belt. If you're brand new, please check out the beginners program.
